Bupa Employee Assistance Programme
July 21, 2021 11:05 am
We are committed to supporting our dedicated and valued employees, and we recognise that we all have times in our life when we may need a little extra support.
We are delighted to announce that we have teamed up with Bupa to provide a confidential telephone counselling service that is there to help employees take care of their mental health and wellbeing.
This service provides unlimited 24/7 access to telephone support from qualified clinicians and experts who provide support around emotional wellbeing on everything from difficulties at work, anxiety and depression, relationship worries and bereavement.
Employees can also seek practical advice on areas such as money management, landlord disputes, divorce, and parenting, and also have unrestricted access to online health and wellbeing videos, articles, and tools to educate and guide individuals to self-manage their conditions.
This free helpline is available to all employees and is completely confidential between the employee and their counsellor.
More than ever before your relationships with family is important, to employees and their well being, and family and partners play a big role in our lives, and sometimes we all need some help and advice. Therefore, this helpline also extends to employee’s loved ones (anyone aged over 16 years living at the same address)
